This is a no-shoes apartment, making it very clean and exceptionally comfortable to live in. The apartment will be shared with one Japanese woman (in a separate room), so there will be two residents in total. The apartment is fully furnished with furniture, bedding, a study desk, a washing machine, a refrigerator, kitchenware, and bedding.
